Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tea Trail! We’re committed to getting your tea to you safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • We ship internationally!

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing. (International orders can take longer)


📍 Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • We cannot change your shipping address after a label has been printed—no exceptions.

  • If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at sales@journeyteatrail.com. If the label has not yet been printed, we’ll do our best to help.


📬 Lost or Delayed Packages


📦 Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number to sales@journeyteatrail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: No. Once the shipping label has been printed, the address cannot be changed under any circumstances. If your order has not yet entered the shipping stage, email sales@journeyteatrail.com right away and we’ll try to assist.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re actively working to offer international shipping in the future.

Q: How will I know when my order ships?
A: You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Please contact your local carrier first. If unresolved, email us at sales@journeyteatrail.com and we’ll help however we can.
