Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tea Trail! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on tea for health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Your non-tea item (such as teaware) must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.


Refunds

Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange a non-tea item, please reach out to us at sales@journeyteatrail.com.
Tea products are not eligible for exchanges due to health and safety reasons.


Shipping Issues

Most orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.
If your order hasn’t arrived or has been stuck in transit for an extended period, please contact us at sales@journeyteatrail.com.

We want to ensure you receive your order and will do everything we can to assist.
If your package was lost by the carrier, please email us so we can help get the issue resolved.
